When I was 9 years old, the Three Mile Island nuclear accident was announced over the loudspeaker at Herbert Hoover Elementary School. We lived in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, about 20 miles from the reactor, so I immediately began writing wills for my young classmates that day. I have always wanted to help people distribute their property according to their wishes.
Since that time, I have set my life up in terms of education, experience, and continuous training to do not just that, but also help people create trusts for special needs individuals, manage estates of loved ones who have passed away, and create Guardianships for those who are no longer able to take care of themselves and their finances.
These are all emotionally difficult endeavors for clients to undertake, and I help clients deal with these issues with both legal knowledge and human sensitivity.
